PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST:

1.      All arrangements, dates, and times will be planned through the church office. Arrangements for rehearsals must also be made through the church office. Reservations for the rehearsal and the ceremony will be placed on the calendar after the reservation form has been completed and the deposit has been paid).

2.      Weddings will not be scheduled on Sundays, Wednesdays, on holidays, or during the month of December, except by special permission.

3.      All weddings require a BBC Wedding Coordinator. The church office will provide the wedding party with contact information for the coordinator once the date has been set.

4.      Pre-arrangements must be made by the wedding party to have use of the sound system and a member of the church’s Audio/Visual Team must run the system. The wedding party is responsible for contacting the office to schedule a meeting with their assigned A/V Team Member at least 1 month in advance.

5.      Cleaning by the custodial staff will take place immediately following the ceremony and/or reception in all rooms used by the wedding. Also, a Church Host(ess) will be present at all receptions that use the kitchen.

6.      FEES: (Member fees may only extend to the immediate family, not grandchildren.) For weddings (Sanctuary/Chapel) and wedding receptions (Fellowship Hall/Multi-Purpose Room), members do not pay a fee for the use of the buildings, but do pay for janitorial, audio service, and staffing as indicated. If janitorial costs exceed the amount paid, the wedding party will be billed for the additional amount.

7.      Under no circumstances should any member of the wedding party come to the rehearsal or wedding under the influence of alcohol. Boulevard Baptist Church has complete authority to cancel at the last moment for any deviation from this rule.

8.      No alcoholic beverages may be served on church property.

9.      Tobacco products of any kind are not permitted in any of the church buildings or on church property.
