PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST:

Thank you for your interest in providing a fresh floral arrangement for a Sunday worship service. Beautiful flowers are a special way of remembering or honoring a beloved individual, or to celebrate a special occasion.

To reserve a date, please complete and submit the request form at least two weeks in advance of your preferred Sunday.

If no date conflict exists,** your request will be added/reserved on the Flower Calendar, and you will be notified. 

Once you receive notification that your requested date is available, you may proceed by ordering an appropriately-sized arrangement.

You are welcome to select a florist of your choice (Chez Julie Florist has provided beautiful arrangements in the past).

Arrangements will average $130.00.

Arrangements must be delivered to the church before 12:00/noon on Friday unless the florist has been given key access to the church.
